That is not an accurate statement. The King was not a dictator. Parliament was more of a problem.

I wish that were true, but it is not. First, DNA evidence alone doesn&#039;t necessarily tell you who is guilty and could be interpreted in a wrong way. Most cases don&#039;t even have DNA evidence anyway. Eye witnesses are sometimes mistaken. I think we would be wiser to error on the side of caution and not have a death penalty.
